Three questions: 1 will this bag stay upright if it doesn't have a laptop inside, or will it fall over? 2 one of this pictures looks like a little accessory/makeup bag ... is it really an extra item included with this bag? and 3 a reviewer mentioned the color RED; is this bag available in red?

Answer:
Hello. Yes, it stays upright just fine. It has a flat bottom that's pretty wide, so it helps keep it upright. Overtime, any real leather can stretch. So, depending on the way it's used/handled (overstuffed) it might cause it to change somewhat, but not significantly. Yes it comes with a wristlet. This bag is no longer available in red.

Question:
Can this be purchased in a Franklin Covey store or must it be ordered online? I am leery about the leather quality after reading the most recent review 2 years old. Have you resolved the issue of the straps being too wide to be comfortable, as well as being too short to put over a shoulder? Again, from you most recent but two year old review

Answer:
Hello. This is available in our Salt Lake City store (our only store location). We have not changed the design on this bag. The strap issue is subjective as it might be comfortable for some, but not for others. The strap length style is intended to be short enough to carry in your hand at your side without touching the ground or on your shoulder against the body.
