Does this binder come with the planner?

Answer:
Hello. No it does not come with a planner. We sell our binders and planners separately so you can purchase the system that works best with you. Occasionally we offer a bundle, but they are clearly marked as such. We do not have any bundles available right now.

I own a red leather binder with a 1.75 ring capacity and it needs to be replaced . I need any kind or leather or not leather but with a zipper closure. HELP! Ive been your customer since the 80s when you had stores that I bought all my items from.Thank you COMPACT SIZE ONLY.

Hello. If you visit our All Binders page on the left side you can select Compact and then Zipper to see all options available. We do not currently have any Compact binders with 1.75" rings. You can always contact our call center at 1-800-654-1776 to order rings in different sizes to replace smaller binder rings.

Question:
How long has Franklin been making binders? Several decades. Why do you still make the pen loops too small for a pen to fit? DECADES and you still don't do it right?

Answer:
Hello. While I'm unsure of what pens you are using, our pen loops do fit most standard size pens. It will not fit larger pens or markers. We do not hear of complaints about the pen loop size, but I will pass this on to the product team.
