Hello. It is unstructured. As with most leather, at first it can be a little stiff, but the more you use it, the softer and more pliable it will become.

Question:
what is the difference between the colt zipper binder and the wire-bound zipper binder? They seem to be 2 different binders, but I see no difference in the pictures.

Hello. The Colt Zipper Binder is for our ring-bound planners and has rings down the interior spine. The Wire-bound Zipper Cover is for our wire-bound planners and has no rings. If you click through the additional images on both you'll see rings vs no rings. You will order based on what type of planner you have: ring-bound vs wire-bound.

Hello. It is unstructured and should lay flat. As with most leather, at first it can be a little stiff, but the more you use it, the more soft and more pliable it will become.
