As an Administrative Asst. in a corporate office, I use the file drawers to store all my stampers (a total of 21) in neat way out of sight. I also need a lot of accounting codes at my immeditate disposal from various hard copy documents that I have stored in another drawer. And, in my 4th drawer, are my note pads and message pads so that they are not scattered over my desk. The turquoise shade is my absolute favorite color, so these accessories add to a very relaxed day for me in the midst of the daily chaos of the work place. I use this product to keep my desk tidy and also to hold my monitor. Needed to find something to bring my monitor up to eye level. This works out perfect, plus I can store things in the two handy drawers below monitor. Keeps desk items handy, yet out of the way. Great item!!
