Hello. The number of pages you can fit in your binder depends on your binder's ring size. For more detailed information about binders and planner sizes, click here.We designed our binders to fit comfortably in your hand. If you have a daily planner, it would be difficult to carry your entire year of planner pages with you. We recommend that you only carry three months of planner pages in your binder at a time and rotate the pages in as you need them. We also recommend that you keep all of the monthly calendar tabs in your binder for future planning. Store the rest of your planner pages in a storage case and sleeve. This inexpensive binder will protect your future pages, and is ideal for archiving your planner pages from prior years.

Hello. This planner does come with a years worth of the next years monthly pages. So if you bought the July 2019 planner it would have July 2020 - June 2021 monthly pages in the back. Then it has future planning pages (one page per year) for four years.

Hello. The size you describe is our Classic sized planner. If you select Classic you will see that the planner is just as you described. Only our Pocket sized planner has the tabs on the top.

Hello. It's hard to say if it will fit as our planners are designed to work with our binders. The hole configuration varies based on the size you order.
