Hello. We do show your order in the My Account section. We do not expedite on the weekends (which is stated on the website), so it has not shipped yet. Once it ships, you will see/receive tracking information.

why is the price shown as $40.95 on the opening page but when you go to order price goes to $44.95??

Answer:
Hello. The opening page shows the price range of the products listed on the product page. When you click into the product page the price is showing for the Classic size planner. But the cheapest planner (the Pocket size) is $40.95.

Hello! How heavy is the paper? Normal printer paper is 80gsm, as a reference. Is the planner paper heavier or lighter? Thanks in advance.

Hello. It does not include the binder. We sell those separately so that you can set up your system the way you would like.

Question:
Do you have any planner binders with 6 rings instead of 7? I bought the 2023 refill pages for my classic size binder with snap which has 6 rings. My current binder is getting worn and frayed, but it doesn't look like you have any planner binders with 6 rings. I really don't want to buy all new 7-hole refill pages to go in a new binder. Do you have any 6 hole binders that I'm just not seeing? Thank you!

Hi. I think there is some confusion here. We have never sold a Classic size binder with 6 holes. Pocket and Compact size have 6 holes, while Classic and Monarch have 7 holes, all have different ring configurations. I looked up your order history from your email address and it looks like you ordered Compact size. If you visit our All Binders page and select Compact size on the left hand side you will see all available options in that size. Just be sure you add a Compact size item to your cart or it will not work.
