Hello. While I'm not sure which exact binder you are referring to, we are sold out of any of the yellow binders we used to have.

Do you carry a classic binder with 2 inch rings

Answer:
Hello. We do not currently offer any binders with anything larger than a 1.5" ring size. Our call center may have some 2" replacement rings you can purchase. You can contact them at 1-800-654-1776. Please note that it replacing rings in some binders can affect it's ability to stay closed if the binder depth isn't thick enough.

Question:
I have a compact FC Signature Leather binder in red. I have had it for about 4 years. I love everything about it except for the pen loops-- the elastic remains attached, but the leather part has become detached from the binder. Do ALL you binders have this similar pen loop construction? It seems quite impractical. I have to find a shoemaker who will be able to re-attach the leather to the binder, or just replace the loop with all elastic.

I have the FC Signature leather binder in the blue color. I have no had it that long and the rings will not close completely. My calendar pages are falling out. What are my options. I had my last Franklin Covey for over 10 years.

Hello. All FranklinCovey products carry an unconditional guarantee against any defect in craftsmanship for 120 days. If any of your items were damaged in transit or suffer from a manufacturing defect we will simply replace them at no cost. Just call our Customer Service line at 1.800.654.1776. We'll provide a method of return for the damaged/defective items and expedite a replacement promptly.
If you have a binder that is no longer under warranty, you may be able to have it repaired at a shoe or luggage repair shop.
