Hello. Apologies for the delay. I was waiting to hear back. This does not have slits so you cannot use it for a wire-bound planner.

How many pages are in the Padfolio and are lines printed on both sides?

Hello. I've reached out to the vendor because I cannot find how many pages the notepad comes with. I can tell you they are lined on both sides, and the notepad can be replaced with any letter size notepad.

Hello. I've been unable to find the exact number of pages, but it's just a removeable/replaceable letter sized notepad. If I can find the exact count I'll update this.
