Question:
Does the Chevron Leather Snap Binder have elastic on the pen loop? I have a latex allergy and own the Macaroon Binder no elastic on the pen loop. The Chevron Binder looks similar but in leather and may be more durable. I was hoping to find a Franklin Covey Binder in leather without elastic on the pen loop.
