Question:
I have bought the Bailey fountain pen and received only the barrel without the nib and pen assembly. I called to return it and was sent a second pen, again just the barrel. The box contained two ink cartridges with no way to install them. Do I need to buy the inner part and nib separately? The cap of the pen has a screw assembly that looks like the rest of the pen should be installed there. I have a packing slip to return the first one. Should I request a second return slip and return both pens and find another source for a replacement?

I purchased a fountain pen not long ago and now i can't get it to work. I ordered refill cartridges because I thought there was something wrong with the one I had put in. After receiving the cartridges 3 pkgs its still not working. What is my solution, or can I return for another? Thanks!

what kind of refill cartridges does the fountain pen use? will international size cartridges fir?

Hello. The refills that work with this pen are all listed under Refills on the product page. I cannot speak to if international size cartridges will fit. Cross designs their pens and cartridges to work together.
