Could these be used on other notebooks? FOr example the GoTo Notebook?

Hello. This can be used on other notebooks, but probably not on notebooks that are smaller, the elastics would be too big.

RE Travelers Notebook Replacement Elastic: I dont understand how this is used. Is it to hold the leather cover if you purchase that? Or is it for the basic gray cover?

Hello. These are replacement to be used with our Travelers covers, if you break one or want a different color. These are not meant to be used with just the planner. You can view the Travelers Covers here.
