If any of your items were damaged in transit or suffer from a manufacturing defect we will simply replace them at no cost. Just call our Customer Service line at 1.800.654.1776. We'll provide a method of return for the damaged/defective items and expedite a replacement promptly.

If you have a binder that is no longer under warranty, you may be able to have it repaired at a shoe or luggage repair shop.

Hello. This binder does not come in any other ring sizes, but we have many options with bigger rings. On our Ringbound Binders page you can sort by the preferred ring size to see all the options available.

Hello. All leather scratches but can easily be rubbed out. This leather is also vegetable tanned that develops an aged Patina overtime so over the years any scratches/blemishes etc. simply add to the beauty of the leather. It ages well.
