Does it open flat? Are the pages perforated or 3-hole punched? Can you add a photo of it open to your website, please? Thank you.

Answer:

Hello. With use it should start to lay flatter, but it won't in the beginning and probably wont' ever lay truly flat. They are not perforated or 3 hole punched. It's just a perfect-bound notebook.
