Question:

Hi Franklin Planner, Is it possible to substitute the 1.25 inch rings with 1.5 inch rings in this binder? Also, does it come with a single pen loop or is there a second pen loop that is on the front flap? Thank you!

Answer:

Hello. You can replace the rings if you like. You can call our call center at 1-800-654-1776 to order different size rings. It has one pen loop.

According to the dimensions given, this is a narrow classic binder - at 6.13 inches, probably just wide enough to cover the divider tabs when closed. Putting larger rings in will cause your tabs and maybe part of your pages to stick out the side of the binder.

Hi, are the measurements correct on this binder? The width seems very small for a classic sized binder. Especially considering the others are 7 inches wide +. Thanks

Hello. The correct dimensions are 7.25” W x 9.5” H x 2.5” D. The website is in the process of being updated.

I purchased the Andy binder last year. One of the screws that holds the ring structure to the binder has fallen out and is lost. Where can I buy a new screw?
